In 1990s Fuzhou government cleared the extreme west part of Fuzhou to build a city of universities; the project had coasted millions of money. It was finished in the early 2004. Nowadays, More than 20 universities of Fuzhou and some other surrounding cities were moved into the place. Almost everyone walk on the street is an undergraduate
